Plant extracts: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) 3%, OATS (Avena sativa), passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), hops (Humulus lupus), valerian (Valeriana officinalis), bulking agent (mannitol), firming agent (gum arabic), glazing agent (magnesium stearate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), potato starch.
Usage
Take 2 tablets with some water half an hour before going to bed.
You can adjust the dosage as needed to a maximum of 4 tablets per day.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 2 tablets per day.
Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
