Composition

Composition per daily dose of 2 tablets:
Contains the active ingredients of a total of 5252 mg of extract from the plants listed in the ingredients list, of which 1458 mg fresh lemon balm and 588 mg fresh passion flower.

Ingredients
Plant extracts: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) 3%, OATS (Avena sativa), passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), hops (Humulus lupus), valerian (Valeriana officinalis), filler (mannitol), firming agent (acacia gum), glazing agent (magnesium stearate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), potato starch.

Usage
Take 2 tablets with some water half an hour before going to bed. If necessary, you can adjust the dose to a maximum of 4 tablets per day. Children aged 6 to 12 years: 2 tablets per day. Excessive use can have a laxative effect. Due to insufficient data, the use of A.Vogel Nachtrust tablets is not advised as a precaution during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
