A daily dose of 3x 20 drops contains the active ingredients of a total of 3000 mg extract from the plants listed in the ingredient list.

OAT extract (Avena sativa) 98% (gluten), Chinese/Korean ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng), Alcohol content approx. 50% v/v.

Use
Take 20 drops in a little water 3 times daily. If desired, take another 20 drops before going to bed. Shake before use.
