Ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata), quaking aspen (Populus tremuloides), lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) 4.3%, holly (Ilex aquifolium); A daily dose of 1 tablet contains the active ingredients of a total of 5000 mg extract from the plants listed in the ingredients list.

Plant extracts: ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata), quaking aspen (Populus tremuloides), lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) 4.3%, holly (Ilex aquifolium); bulking agent (cellulose, calcium phosphates); firming agent (silicon dioxide, cross-linked cellulose gum); glazing agent (magnesium stearate, fatty acids).
Directions for use
Take 1 tablet once a day, preferably before a meal with some water. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Alchemilla can, as far as is known, be used according to the indicated dosage.
