Our compresses can be used for heat or cold and are a user-friendly solution for those seeking medication-free treatment. They are freezer-safe and can be heated in warm water or the microwave. Knead the compress to distribute the heat evenly. Always place the gel compress in the included sleeve or a clean towel when placing it on your skin. During heat treatment, you can now select the appropriate temperature level. While heating, the temperature indicator displays a range of temperatures, and the black stripes gradually disappear. The temperature indicator displays three temperature levels: LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH, all in red. Our gel pack comes with a protective sleeve for quick, easy, and comfortable use, and to protect your skin. The adjustable elastic strap provides a stable and secure grip. The product maintains its temperature for 20 minutes.
