Ingredients Whey protein isolate 92% (MILK), cocoa powder (heavily defatted), emulsifier (lecithins (sunflower, SOY*)), flavouring, salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from Stevia).
Usage For one serving, mix 30 grams of powder with 200 ml of water in a shaker. You can also use milk or a plant-based drink, but keep in mind that the nutritional values will change slightly.
Recommendation
We recommend consuming one to three servings of Iso Whey Protein per day, for example after waking up, after or during training, or simply as a snack.
