Terms of Delivery
Shipping & Returns – At Home Pharma
At At Home Pharma we strive to deliver the products you order as quickly as possible.
We only deliver products that are in stock. Order before 9:00 PM on weekdays, and your order will be delivered the next day or can be picked up at your chosen collection point (except in Belgium). Order after 9:00 PM, and your order will be processed the next business day, and you'll receive it within two business days.
If one or more products are out of stock, our customer service will contact you. Only available products will be delivered. You can easily reorder undelivered items as soon as they become available.
Postage costs
Home delivery
Your order will be delivered by PostNL. PostNL delivers Monday through Saturday.
For orders under €49, shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium are €4.95.
Orders over €49,- are shipped free of charge.
Pick up at a collection point
You can also collect your order free of charge at a PostNL collection point of your choice.
Returns
Return at collection point
Check your order immediately upon receipt in the store. If the order has been outside the store, we are no longer permitted to accept any discrepancies, except in the case of quality complaints, and products cannot be returned.
Do you have a complaint about a product? Please contact the relevant collection point.
Returns upon home delivery
Are you not satisfied or do you want to return the unopened packaging for another reason?
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide. After registering your return with us, you then have a maximum of 14 days to return your order to At Home Pharma.
Please note: medicines cannot be returned.
Steps for returns
1. Email to info@AtHomePharma.com
Please send an email to our customer service department with the items you wish to return, including the order number, your account number, and the name on your account.
You will receive a return number from customer service. Please include this return number on the return form.
2. Return form
Download the returns form from AtHomePharma.com and complete it completely. Don't forget to include your return number.
Please include the return form in the same box as the items to be returned, provided the packaging is unopened.
3. Shipping costs and receipt confirmation
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. You can find current prices on the websites of carriers like PostNL or DHL.
We'll refund the money to the account you used for payment as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once we've received your return.
Refund
We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge any fees as a result of this refund. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods and a fully completed returns form.
You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
