General terms and conditions At Home Pharma
These General Terms and Conditions of the Dutch Thuiswinkel Organisation (hereinafter: Thuiswinkel.org) have been drawn up in consultation with the Consumers' Association within the framework of the Self-Regulation Coordination Group (CZ) of the Social and Economic Council and will enter into force on 1 June 2014.

The entire content of these articles is identical to the standard Thuiswinkel.org terms and conditions of June 1, 2014. All references to “Leef.nl” have been replaced by “At Home Pharma” or “AtHomePharma.com”.
Terms and conditions for “Pick up in store” delivery option
If you place an order via AtHomePharma.com and choose to collect from an affiliated retailer (WW order), the following applies:
a. The purchase agreement is between you and the retailer. At Home Pharma is not a party to that purchase.
b. These general terms and conditions apply as the retailer's terms and conditions.
c. If the product is not available, the retailer will inform you.
d. You can pick up your order starting the next business day after 12:00 PM, provided you've received confirmation. The order will remain reserved for a maximum of two weeks.
e. Check your order in-store. Outside of the store, any discrepancies (except quality issues) will not be accepted.
