Ingredients

Usage
1 melt tablet per day, take without water, dissolves easily in the mouth, preferably during or after a meal.Do not exceed recommended use, excessive use may have a laxative effect, not suitable for children under 1 year.Health Council advice:The Health Council recommends the following groups to take an additional 10 micrograms of vitamin D daily, in addition to their normal diet:Women aged 50 to 69Adults who do not get enough outdoor exposure (less than 15 minutes a day between 11:00 and 15:00)Adults with dark skinPregnant womenThe advice for seniors aged 70 and over is an additional 20 micrograms of vitamin D per day.
