The best place to remove toxins from the body is our feet, as they contain most of the body's nerve endings. The plaster absorbs the sweat from the soles of your feet, which contains waste and toxins from the lymphatic fluid. You'll find these substances on the foot plasters the next morning—seeing is believing!

Bamboo Vinegar Powder 70%, Mugwort Powder 15%, Dextrin 10%, Vegetable Fiber 5%, Chitin 3%, Tourmaline 3%, Vitamin C 2%, Anoin Powder 2%.

Usage
Apply the patches to clean, dry feet in the evening. Use one patch per foot. Also drink a glass of water before bed to stimulate the detoxification process. In the morning, the patch can be easily and painlessly removed and discarded. Use the patches for a maximum of five consecutive days as a powerful detox treatment. Rest for at least two days between any subsequent treatments.

Step 1: Remove the large portion of the paper backing from the plaster.
Step 2: Place the Detox patch in the center of the plaster, with the smooth white side facing up.
Step 3: Place the plaster on the bottom of your foot.
Step 4: Remove the last piece of paper from the plaster. Press firmly.
Step 5: Leave the patch on for 8 to 12 hours for optimal results.
