Ingredients Sweetener: mannitol, corn starch, vitamin D₃, flavourings, acid: citric acid, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids
Usage Take 1 melting tablet per day, without water, dissolves easily in the mouth, preferably during or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended use, excessive use may have a laxative effect, not suitable for children under 1 year.
Health Council advice:
The Health Council advises the following groups to take an additional 10 micrograms of vitamin D daily in addition to their normal diet:
Women aged 50 to 69
Adults who do not get enough time outside (less than 15 minutes per day between 11am and 3pm)
Adults with dark skin
Pregnant women
The advice for elderly people aged 70 and over is an additional 20 micrograms of vitamin D per day.
