The cushion conforms to your body and provides pleasant warmth. Hittepit® gives you a relaxed feeling, a blessing for body and mind. Use Hittepit® wherever relaxing warmth is desired. The cushion can help relax your shoulders, back, or neck. You can also use Hittepit® for extra warmth during hand, foot, or body treatments.

Usage
The pillow should be heated in the microwave for a maximum of 2.5 minutes
at 700 W. If your microwave has a different power, the heating time should be
to be adjusted as follows:
Power in watts - Heating time
700 W - Max. 2.5 min.
800 W - Max. 2 min.
900 W - Max. 1.5 min.
1,000 W - Max. 1 min.

Tip: You can also use your Hittepit® as a cold compress. Wrap the pillow in a plastic bag before placing it in the freezer. After a few hours, the Hittepit will provide ideal cooling.

12-step plan to use your Hittepit correctly:
1. Make sure the microwave is clean and free of grease before heating the pillow.
2. Check the power of the microwave.
3. Adjust the heating time to the power of the microwave according to the table above.
4. Remove any pillowcases or towels that are around the pillow.
5. Moisten the pillow with water. It's better for the pillow to be too damp than too dry!
6. Place the cushion on a plate in the center of the microwave. Make sure the cushion doesn't touch the sides of the microwave and that it's not blocking the turntable.
7. Make sure that the other microwave functions are switched off, such as the grill or hot air function.
8. Heat the pillow while staying near the microwave and keep an eye on the heating time.
9. Turn the pillow over halfway through the heating time.
10. Check the temperature of the pillow before use. Check it for both heating and cooling. Shake the pillow briefly before use.
11. Never reheat the pillow immediately after it has been heated.
12. Wait at least two hours before reheating the pillow and check that it has cooled down completely.
