Guar bean fibers (Sunfiber® AG)

Usage
Take 1 to 2 level tablespoons (5-10 grams) daily with a meal, or as advised.
Dissolve in water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid, let it sit briefly until the fibers dissolve completely. The fibers can also be dissolved in yogurt, smoothies, or hot foods.
