Use
Mix 30 g powder (1 scoop, inside) with 250 ml water in a shaker and enjoy. As needed, 1-2 servings per day, for example after (or before) training and in the morning after waking up. ESN FLEXPRESSO VEGAN can also be drunk warm (up to 60 °C).
