Anwendung
Quinoa warm oder als Salat mit Gemüse essen. Für 2-3 Personen: 1 Tasse Quinoa mit einer Prise Salz in 1,5 Tassen Wasser zum Kochen bringen. Quinoa in einem geschlossenen Topf bei niedriger Hitze in ca. 15 Minuten gar kochen.
