Verwendung
Kochen Sie (einen halben) Streifen mit Reis, Gemüse oder Hülsenfrüchten für extra Umami.
Entfernen Sie den Streifen nach dem Kochen. Sie werden ihn nicht essen. Möchten Sie Dashi zubereiten? Weichen Sie einen Streifen Kombu, zwei Shiitake-Pilze und 1 Liter Wasser 4 bis 20 Stunden im Kühlschrank ein.
