Anwendung
Kochen Sie einen (halben) Streifen mit Reis, Gemüse oder Hülsenfrüchten für zusätzlichen Umami. Entfernen Sie den Streifen nach dem Kochen, er wird nicht gegessen. Möchten Sie Dashi zubereiten? Weichen Sie 1 Streifen Kombu, 2 Stück Shiitake und 1 Liter Wasser 4 bis 20 Stunden lang im Kühlschrank ein.

Aufbewahrungshinweis
Nach dem Öffnen luftdicht an einem trockenen, dunklen Ort bei Raumtemperatur (max. 20 °C) lagern.
