Nutribel Hafermehl glutenfrei bio

Nutribel Hafermehl bio & glutenfrei 500g. Hafermehl ist ein guter Ersatz für Weizenmehl. Da es (von Natur aus) kein Gluten enthält, ist es weniger ratsam, zum Beispiel Brot/Kuchen aus 100% Hafermehl zu backen, da Hafermehl weniger aufgeht. Mit Hafermehl kann man zum Beispiel Pfannkuchen, Kekse und Kuchen zubereiten.
