Anwendung
Schritt 1. 450 ml lauwarmes (max. 25°C) Wasser in eine Schüssel geben. Schritt 2. 50 g Margarine oder 2 Esslöffel Öl oder 20 g Backmittel hinzufügen. Schritt 3. 8 g Zucker und 4 g Salz oder Brotaroma hinzufügen. Schritt 4. 500 g Brotbackmischung hinzufügen. Schritt 5. 4 g Trockenhefe (für den Brotbackautomaten) oder 7-10 g Trockenhefe (für den Ofen). Anschließend maximal 3 Minuten mischen, 1 Stunde gehen lassen, danach in einem vorgeheizten Ofen bei 225°C (Gas) 180°C (Umluft) ca. 35-45 Minuten backen. Brotbackautomat: Programm French.
