Ingredienten

Ocimum tenuiflorum (Sanctum) oil

Gebruik

In de ultrasone aroma diffuser: begin met 1 druppel en bouw rustig op tot 3 à 5. Tulsi is krachtig, dus minder is vaak meer. Combineer met lavendel voor ontspanning, of met citroen en bergamot voor een fijne werksfeer.

In de Aroma Inhaler: 15 tot 20 druppels op het katoenen staafje. Even snuiven en je bent weer scherp.

Op het geursteentje: 3 tot 5 druppels voor op het bureau of in de meditatieruimte.
