Gebruik

Laat één nacht in een pan met koud water weken, bren ze 2 minuten aan de kook en laat ze uitlekken (deze stap zorgt voor een goede vertering van de erwten). Kook ze vervolgens in een grote hoeveelheid water op laag vuur gedurende 40 tot 60 minuten.
