Gebruik
Amandelmeel is heerlijk in smoothie of bakproducten. Vervang bijvoorbeeld 20% van het meel (in cake, gebak of brood) door amandelmeel. Amandelmeel is van nature zoet van smaak dus u kunt ook minder suiker gebruiken. Maak zelf amandelspijs door ongeveer 20% suiker en een heel klein beetje water toe te voegen.
