Gebruik
Per persoon 75 gram gerst met 500 ml water en eventueel kruiden een nacht weken. Breng de gerst met water aan de kook. Laat de gerst op laag vuur in 20 minuten gaar worden. Voeg naar wens zout toe. Laat 3 uur na wellen.

Koel (tot 20°C), droog en goed afgesloten bewaren.
