    Gebruik
    Citroenzuur lost makkelijk op in water en kan gebruikt worden om een zure smaak aan voedsel te geven. Je kunt het ook toevoegen aan jam en marmelade. Het wordt ook gebruikt kalkaanslag te voorkomen of te verwijderen, bijvoorbeeld bij huishoudelijke apparaten.
    Gebruik de hoeveelheid zoals aangegeven in het recept. Voor het ontkalken van huishoudapparaten: 50 gram oplossen in 1 liter water.
