In tegenstelling tot gedroogde kruiden houden zuivere etherische oliën hun specifieke geur, smaak en ‘Chi’ vast: de levenskracht van de bloem of plant.

Naast het gebruik in de keuken is de olie ook geschikt om toe te passen in de huidverzorging of bij verdamping.
