    Bambu Salz Bamboezout grof 9x gebrand

    Om bamboezout te maken is veel ervaring en geduld nodig. Men steekt zeezout in kokers van 3 jaar oude bamboe en sluit ze af met rode bergklei. Vervolgens tot 9× verhit – vermalen – verhit – vermalen gedurende 8–15 uur op een heet vuur van dennenhout. De zwavelrijke bamboe verkoolt en het zout neemt telkens deels de sappen en mineralen op van de bamboe en de rode klei.
